Method
- Steam open the mussels, remove the top shell and keep the mussel meat in the half shell.
- Mix other ingredients together and stuff inside the mussels.
- Bake in a 200 degree oven for around 8 minutes until golden on top.
- Serve with lemon wedges and more fresh herbs.
