Ingredients

San Remo Reg No17 Trivelle 500g

1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp pine nuts
½ cup sour cream
4 bacon rashers, thinly sliced
250 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 onion, finely chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan, add onion, bacon and pine nuts and cook, stirring until onion is soft.
  2. Add mushrooms, cook, stirring until soft.
  3. Blend in combined sour cream, egg, cheese and parsley. Gently heat through.
  4. Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain and serve topped with sauce.
