Method
- Cook Fettuccine according to pack directions, drain.
- Lightly pan fry onion & garlic in a little olive oil.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the onion & garlic. Toss through.
- Add salmon, capers & feta cheese to pan. Combine well.
- Heat for 5 minutes. Serve.
