San Remo Reg No132 Soyaroni 375g

300g veal strips
Salt and pepper to taste
200g mixed mushrooms
1 leek, finely sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 red capsicum, diced
300ml sour cream

Method

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add leek and gently fry until translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms and capsicum and cook covered for 2 minutes.
  5. Add veal and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  6. Gently fold pasta through the mixture until heated.
  7. Add sour cream, thyme and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese
