Ingredients

250g San Remo Reg No16 Spirals 500g

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
½ cup sour cream
250g mushrooms, thinly sliced
5 bacon rashers, thinly sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt, pepper
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. In large frying pan heat oil, add onion & bacon. Stir-fry until onion is soft.
  2. Blend in mushrooms, cook until soft.
  3. Stir in combined sour cream, egg, cheese and parsley. Blend together while gently heating through. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook pasta according to packet directions and drain.
  5. Serve pasta topped with sauce.
