Ingredients

San Remo Reg No16 Spirals 500g

3 – 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
4 tablespoons freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
4 – 6 teaspoons small salted capers, rinsed and drained
100g stoned black olives, chopped
10 roma tomatoes, diced roughly
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients, except pasta, in a bowl, add seasoning and mix well.
  2. Cook spirals according to packet directions.
  3. Toss the pasta with the sauce and serve.
