Method
- Cook pasta according to packet directions.
- Chop cherry tomatoes into halves; slice snow peas and capsicum into small strips; and mix with spinach leaves in a large salad bowl.
- Drain the tuna from the can and combine with salad.
- Once pasta is cooked, drain and rinse then add to salad(ideally there should be more salad than pasta)
- Chop the feta into small pieces and sprinkle over the top of the salad.
