Place dressing ingredients into a small saucepan and heat to dissolve the sugar. Allow to cool.

Thread chicken pieces onto skewers and cook on a preheated grill.

Arrange pasta and salad ingredients in bowls, topping with cooked chicken skewers.

Add the dressing over the top and garnish with coriander and extra lime.
