1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and add garlic and chilli.
  2. Cook for 2 to 3 min. or until garlic just starts to brown. Remove garlic.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and bring to the boil. Turn sauce down to a simmer and cook for 12 to 15min.
  4. Add the cavalo nero, season the sauce with salt & pepper,turn off the heat.
  5. Cook pasta as per packet directions.
  6. Strain pasta and add to pan.
  7. Finish with pecorino over the top.
