In a bowl mix together, spinach, herbs, ricotta, chilli, garlic and cheese, reserving some cheese for garnish.

Cook the peas according to the type you have chosen, then heat the peas in a small pan with 1/2 a teaspoon of butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the tortellini according to directions and drain.

Mix with a small amount of olive oil, then toss gently through the spinach mixture, adding the cooked peas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve.
