1. In a bowl mix together, spinach, herbs, ricotta, chilli, garlic and cheese, reserving some cheese for garnish.
  2. Cook the peas according to the type you have chosen, then heat the peas in a small pan with 1/2 a teaspoon of butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the tortellini according to directions and drain.
  4. Mix with a small amount of olive oil, then toss gently through the spinach mixture, adding the cooked peas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve.
