1. Cook Curls according to packet directions, drain.
  2. Add the olive oil to a pan along with the onion and cook gently until soft.
  3. Add the crushed garlic and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add diced chicken and cook on high heat until well cooked, then reduce the heat.
  5. Add the butter and mix well to combine, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the peas and sage leaves to the sauce and mix well.
  7. Combine Curls with sauce and serve topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese, cracked pepper and a sage leaf.
