A healthy lifestyle is all about getting lots of physical exercise and eating the right foods. These recipes have been developed by Kerry Leech, the Sports Dietitian for the Australian Netball Diamonds. Kerry works with the Diamonds to ensure that they are eating the right type of foods at home and especially in the run-up to a big game to give them the energy they need to play at their best. Kerry emphasises that this is just as important for kids as it is for elite sports stars like the Diamonds.
