Cocktail sauce


  1. Cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. Once cooked, strain and refresh under cold water.
  3. Take a large mixing bowl and place prawns, dill, parsley, chervil, avocado and pasta into it.
  4. Place all ingredients for the cocktail sauce into a bowl and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour dressing over the top of pasta and prawns. Softly combine together.
  6. Cut base of witlof and separate each leaf.
  7. On a large platter arrange witlof leafs in a circle.
  8. Fill each witlof leaf with prawn and pasta mix.
  9. Garnish each lettuce cup with little salmon roe.
  10. Refrigerate and serve.
