1. Heat margarine in a large frying pan.
  2. Fry beef, onions and capsicum until cooked through.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and bean sprouts and fry gently for a further 3 minutes.
  4. Blend tomato paste, lemon juice, cornflour, nutmeg and water and add to pan.
  5. Stir until mixture boils and thickens.
  6. Stir in cream and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook pasta according to packet directions.
  8. Drain and blend with beef mixture.
