1. Cook the pasta according to packet directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and anchovies, using a fork mash the anchovies, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the capers and breadcrumbs and continue stirring till breadcrumbs are golden and crisp.
  4. Add the parsley and lemon zest, season with pepper.
  5. Toss through the hot drained pasta, sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve.
