1. Place the apples, pears, peaches, margarine, sugar and a little water in a saucepan and cook over a medium heat, stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until the fruits are soft.
  2. Heat 300ml Almond milk and combine with custard powder (according to packet directions)
  3.  Stir in the nutmeg.
  4. Layer a lasagna dish with lasagna sheets across the bottom; moisten with a little water and pinch of icing sugar.
  5. Pour ¼ of fruit mixture over sheets.
  6. Add next layer of sheets.
  7. Pour ¼ of custard across sheets and sprinkle ¼ cup of walnuts into custard.
  8. Top with lasagna sheets and repeat layering
  9. Sprinkle last layer with icing sugar, nutmeg and remaining nuts.
  10. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until lasagna sheets are soft.
