Cook the Gnocchi according to packet directions.

Heat the olive oil in a fry pan, then add the grated potato and a pinch of salt and fry until crispy.

Add the garlic and rosemary, cook for 1 minute then add the cooked gnocchi and remove from the heat.

Add the lemon zest and a pinch of pepper. If the dish looks a little dry add some extra oil to coat the gnocchi. Taste the sauce and season with salt to taste.

Serve, finishing with freshly grated Pecorino.
