1. Place CousCous in a bowl, pour over boiling water, stir and cover. Stand for 6 minutes and fluff with a fork.
  2. Place milk, sultanas and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Add spices to milk and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture over CousCous and combine. Add mango and yoghurt and mix well. Spoon into 4 individual servings cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
