1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, drain and set aside
  2. Place the bacon rashers and spring onions on a tray and place under grill to cook the onions until soft and lightly coloured, leaving the bacon under the grill until crisp. Remove and allow to cool.
  3. Put the cream, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper into a saucepan and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the herbs and remove from the heat.
  5. Toss the cooked ravioli through the cream sauce and serve topped with spring onions and crumbled bacon scattered over.
