Method

  1. Place a small amount of olive oil in the pan. Add garlic (diced finely) and mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are softened. Add tomatoes and white wine. Allow to simmer and condense slightly, stirring occasionally. Add basil with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare San Remo Gnocchi, as directed, and mix through the sauce.
