1. Melt butter or margarine in a large frying pan and fry bacon until crisp and starting to curl up.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl, then beat in cream, milk and parmesan cheese.
  3. Cook pasta according to packet directions
  4. Drain, return to saucepan, then briskly stir in egg mixture.
  5. Add the hot bacon and blend in.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes and season with white pepper before serving.
