1. Heat oil in large frying pan and gently stir-fry garlic, mushrooms and broccoli for 10-15 minutes, until broccoli is tender yet firm.
  2. Cook and drain Penne according to packet directions then return to saucepan.
  3. Blend in broccoli, mushrooms and cream. Season with salt and pepper and heat through.
  4. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
