1. In a large pot, fill 3/4 full with salted water and bring to the boil.
  2. Once boiling, add broccoli and kale. Cook for 2 to 3mins or until just tender. Remove and plate into a bowl.
  3. Add pasta to the boiling water and cook as per packet directions.
  4. In a pan heat oil and add garlic, chilli and anchovies. Saute for 3mins or until anchovies have broken up.
  5. Next, place broccoli and kale into the pan. Using a wooden spoon, break apart the broccoli into small pieces.
  6. Add half a cup of pasta water to pan.
  7. Strain pasta and add into pan along with parsley and pecorino. Season with salt & pepper.
  8. Toss together and serve immediately
