Method

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan, add the garlic & sauté until browned. Remove the garlic and add the chopped tomatoes with juice and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the tuna, capers, lemon juice, chili and chopped basil cook for a further 5 minutes stirring frequently.
  3. Cook pasta according to directions on the packet. Drain well and stir through the sauce. Serve garnished with remaining basil leaves.
