Method

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan and add onion, garlic and chicken. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Blend in tomatoes with juice, chilli powder, sugar and salt. Cook slowly for 10 – 12 minutes or until sauce is thick.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to packet directions. Drain, mix half the sauce through the spaghetti and serve with remaining sauce spooned over the top.
