1. In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. Heat oil in large saucepan. Stir fry bacon and capsicum over high heat, for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, stock and paste. Cover, reduce heat, cook 4-5 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  4. Stir cream into sauce, add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  5. Gently toss into sauce with parsley.
