  2. For meatballs: Combine mince, breadcrumbs, egg and cheese in medium bowl; roll level tablespoon of mixture into balls.
  3. Heat oil in medium fry pan; cook meatballs, uncovered, until browned.
  4. Blend or process onion, garlic, chilli, tomatoes and paste until smooth. Combine tomato mixture with stock in medium saucepan; bring to the boil. Add meat balls and olives; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in large saucepan according to packet directions or until al dente; drain.
  6. Serve spaghetti topped meatballs and sauce; sprinkle with parsley.
