1. Cook pasta according to packet directions.
  2. Cook the zucchini for just one minute in boiling water and a pinch of salt then immediately drain and run cold water over the zucchini to stop cooking.
  3. Mix zucchini and pasta together, spoon over ricotta cheese, shaved parmesan and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Can add chopped slices of ham into dish if desired.
  5. Garnish with basil.
