Method

  1. In olive oil, sauté 1 chopped onion and 1 clove crushed garlic until soft.
  2. Add 2 grilled and roughly chopped chicken breasts, 1 crushed chicken stock cube and 1 cup cream.
  3. Cook until liquid is reduced. Add bunch of torn spinach leaves and cook until wilted. Add drained pasta and mix well.
