					In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet instructions.

					In a large saucepan over a medium to high heat, melt the butter add oil and onion and cook until it begins to soften.

					Next, add garlic and chilli flakes, cook for a further minute.
				 
- 
				
					Add tomato paste and fry off, then pour tin of tomatoes in with half a tin of water. Season with salt and cook down gently to thicken the sauce.

					Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and add lobster meat; gently folding through the sauce.
				 
- 
				
					Garnish with parsley, green chilli and lemon zest. 
				 
- 
				
					Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
