For the pesto, place all of the pesto ingredients into a food processor and mix until combined.

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta per packet directions.

Heat butter in a large pan on medium heat and add chicken, pancetta and cook for 4 minutes or until cooked and golden.

Add pesto and a little pasta water to help stop it from sticking.

Pour cream and pesto into pan. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for a further 3 minutes.

Add strained pasta to the sauce and toss well to combine.
