					In a medium pan, heat oil over medium to high heat. Add garlic and chilli and fry for a few minutes continuing to stir.

					Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.

					Add tomatoes, handful of basil and half a ladle of pasta water and season with salt.
				 
- 
				
					Bring to a simmer and turn down to low and put the lid on and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low heat.
				 
- 
				
					Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
				 
- 
				
					Finish with extra basil and parmesan.
				 
- 
				
					Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
