Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat oil over medium heat and add sausage mince to the pan. Break up into small pieces.
  2. Add onion, garlic & chilli and cook for a further 5-6 minutes, or until meat is cooked through and onion is tender
  3. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano and cinnamon and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, olives and basil. Cook for 20 minutes on low.
  5. Add cream and Parmesan cheese and cook for a further 10 minutes. (The longer the flavours will build!)
  6. Add 3/4 cooked pasta (little more than aldente) into the pan and mix, adding a little pasta water if you need. Mix and allow pasta to cook in the pan. Taste test and if ready, take out!
  7. Add into a serving bowl and pop Burrata on top. As you go to scoop, break the Burrata ball and eat. Enjoy with Family and Friends!
