Shells with Rocket and Cashew Pesto

Ingredients
San Remo Reg No29 Large Shells 500g
250g Rocket
½ cup cashews
1 cup pecorino, grated
1 garlic clove
Olive Oil
Method
Bring a pot of salted boiling water to the boil and cook pasta as per packet directions.
Place rocket, cashews, pecorino and garlic food processor and blend adding enough olive oil to bind together.
Strain pasta and stir through pesto.
