Heat the oil in a large frying pan on medium to low heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the meat to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the meat is coloured.

Add the sage, chilli and tomatoes to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Bring sauce to the boil, then turn down and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cook the pasta as per packet directions, drain and combine with the sauce.

Finish with grated Parmesan.
