Pre heat the oven to 150°C

Cook Risoni according to packet directions; drain.

In a large fry pan cook the bacon until crispy.

Add the leeks and cook until soft, then remove from heat and cool a little.

In a large bowl combine the cooked Risoni, bacon mixture and eggs. Mix well.

On an ovenproof tray, spread the mixture to a thickness of 3cm.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
