1. Preheat a large, oiled baking dish in a hot oven (200°C) for 15 minutes.
  2. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the ravioli and cook for 2 minutes then drain.
  3. Arrange chicken slices over base of hot baking dish.
  4. Place ravioli and sauce in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Spoon ravioli mixture over chicken. Cover dish tightly with foil.
  5. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until ravioli is tender. Remove from oven.
  6. Stir through rocket leaves. Transfer mixture to a serving dish.
  7. Serve baked ravioli with side salad
