1. Prepare La Pasta Lemon, Garlic & Herb CousCous according to pack instructions.
  2. Combine prawns, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, ginger, oil and coriander and marinate for 10 minutes. Cook on a medium-high chargrill pan for 2 minutes each side or until cooked.
  3. Serve prawns with a squeeze of lime and prepared CousCous.
