1. Cook the ravioli according to the packet instructions.
  2. Whilst cooking the ravioli, place the garlic, crushed peppercorns, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes till the cream has thickened.
  3. Toss through the drained ravioli and serve as a side dish with grilled scotch or sirloin steak.
