Beef Tortellini with Chorizo and Brocollini

Ingredients
San Remo Fresh Beef Tortellini 625g
4 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, diced
420g San Remo tomato-based sauce
2 sausages, sliced ( chorizo, spicy, smoked)
1 bunch brocollini, cooked and cut into 3cm pieces
Method
Cook the tortellini according to directions then drain.
Heat oil in a fry pan and add chorizo. Fry for 3-4 minutes until it has browned a little, then set aside on some paper towel.
Add onions to the pan and fry until translucent, then add garlic and fry for a further minute.
Add the tomato-based sauce to the pan to heat through.
Add cooked chorizo and brocollini then toss with the tortellini.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with grated cheese and serve.
