Cook the tortellini according to directions then drain.

Heat oil in a fry pan and add chorizo. Fry for 3-4 minutes until it has browned a little, then set aside on some paper towel.

Add onions to the pan and fry until translucent, then add garlic and fry for a further minute.

Add the tomato-based sauce to the pan to heat through.

Add cooked chorizo and brocollini then toss with the tortellini.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with grated cheese and serve.
