1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and rosemary and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add mince and cook for 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour in wine and cook until reduced by half.
  4. Stir in the chilli, lemon and passata. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  6. Drain pasta and add to pan, tossing to combine.
  7. Top with a generous amount of Parmesan before serving and enjoying with family and friends.
