1. Heat a large frypan over med/ high heat, add olive oil and sausages crumbling the meat into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
  2. Once the sausage is browned, add the garlic and white wine and reduce the wine by half.
  3. Add the broccoli and greens and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cream, allow to reduce to form a sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Meanwhile, into a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions. Reserve one cup of pasta water.
  6. Add the pasta to the pan and toss well to combine, adding a little pasta water to loosen the sauce if required.
  7. Garnish with grated pecorino before serving and enjoying with family and friends!
