Method

  1. Into a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta as per packet instruction.
  2. Combine the yoghurt, lemon juice, and dill, then season with salt.
  3. Add the yoghurt mixture to the cooked pasta and thoroughly coat.
  4. Remove the skin from the Huon Tasmania Wood Roasted Salmon Blackened.
  5. Spice and flake it into the pasta bowl, then combine.
  6. Add to a serving plate and garnish with extra salmon on top, lemon zest, and salt and pepper.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
