Heat a large, deep frypan over medium to high heat. Add leek and sauté until softened.

Add garlic and chilli and sauté for a further minute.

Add broccoli and chicken stock and season with salt and pepper.

Simmer until broccoli is just tender.

Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.

Add tuna and cream to the frypan and simmer to reduce the cream a little.

Add pasta, parmesan and dill and toss well.

Garnish with extra chilli and dill leaves.
