Method

  1. Cook pasta according to packet directions.
  2. In a hot frypan melt butter. Add the onion and pumpkin along with a pinch of salt. Cook until the onion and pumpkin have softened.
  3. Just before the pasta is cooked add the sage to the pumpkin, cook until the sage wilts slightly.
  4. Drain pasta and mix through the sauce, add pepper to taste.
