Bring a pot of salted boiling water to the boil and cook the pasta to the packets instructions
In the meantime, in a frypan, heat 2 tbs of oil and add the chopped kale and sauté off for a few minutes, add the garlic and chilli, and cook for another 2 minutes, then add a lid to the fry pan and allow the kale to sweat down
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and toss through the kale and walnuts.
