Method

  1. Bring a pot of salted boiling water to the boil and cook the pasta to the packets instructions
  2. In the meantime, in a frypan, heat 2 tbs of oil and add the chopped kale and sauté off for a few minutes, add the garlic and chilli, and cook for another 2 minutes, then add a lid to the fry pan and allow the kale to sweat down
  3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and toss through the kale and walnuts.
  4. Serve with crumbled ricotta and some extra chilli
