1. Cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. Heat olive oil, garlic, chilli and anchovies in a pan on medium heat.
  3. Sautee for 2 to 3min.
  4. Add olives, capers and diced tomato to pan. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 10min, stirring occasionally.
  5. Strain the pasta and add to the sauce.
  6. Finally add the parsley and season if needed.
