1.  Cook the pasta according to packet directions.
  2. In a frying pan over a medium heat add the oil, shallots, garlic and chilli with a pinch of salt and pepper, cook for a couple of minutes.
  3. When the pasta is a minute away from being ready add the prawns to the frypan and cook.
  4. Drain pasta, and stir through sauce. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if required.
  5. Finish with the pine nuts, parsley and lemon zest.
