1. Bring a small pot of water to the boil. Add snow peas and blanch for 30 seconds, until they are tender but still crisp and green. Drain.
  2. Cook pasta according to packet directions or until al dente.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, combine the sesame oil, chilli oil, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce in a large bowl.
  4. Add the snow peas, fresh peas, capsicums, spring onion, parsley, lime zest, sesame seeds and pepper. Add the pasta, toss to coat with the sauce, and serve immediately.
